With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in not depositing the compensation amounts to the petitioners as per judgment and decree ln O.P.No.7S of 2Ol4 dated O9.O3.2015 and E.P.Nos.295 and 296 of 2025 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy and a consequential prayer was sought to direct the respondent authorities to deposit the decreetal amounts to the credit of the D.Ps.
3. Today r.r,hen the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar 1 \ circumstance this Court in W.P.No. 12837 of 2023 dated
28.O4.2023, passed the following order:- "S.Hauing regard to th.e same, the Writ petition is disposed of and respondent iVo.S is directed to deposit the decretal amount in terms of the order and decree, dated 3O.O3.2011, passed in O.P.No.65 of 2OO9 bg tlw Senior Ciuil Judge, Gadu.tal, to the credit of E.P.No.S of 2O23 in O.P.No.65 of 2OO9 on th.e fite of Senior Ciuil Judge, Gadtual, as expeditiously as possible, at anA rate within a period of four (4) months from tlw date of receipt of a copy of this order. There slnll be no order as /o costs.' '' i

Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side and in terms of order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 12837 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023, this writ petition is disposcd of directing the respondent authorities to deposit the enhanced compensation in terms of the order and decree, passed in O.P.No.75 of 2O14 dated 09.03.2015 and E.P.Nos.295 and 296 of 2025 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparth.v, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a 3 period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7 .
