According to the petitioner, her father had purchased the land admeasuring Ac.1.00 guntas in Sy.No.192 situated at Keshavapur Vitlage, Rayaparthi Mandal, Warangal District, under sada sale deed dated 25.06.2005. After the death of his father, she succeeded the subject property. Even then in the revenue record, respondent No.6 name is mentioned in respect of the subject propefty. Therefore, she has approached respondent No.2 by submitting a representation in Grievance Cell.

3. Vide proceedings dated 04.09.2024, respondent No.2 directed respondent No.4 to examine the request made by the petitioner and others and take necessary action in accordance with law. Even then respondent No.4 is not proceeding further. 2 Therefore, she has submitted an applicii irn bearing No.22120020006, dated 05.06.2025 to respon,J(,nt No.4 tn Prajavaani witl.r a request to correct the wrong t:ntry. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said applicatirtrr respondent No.4 did nol act upon the same. Aggrieved by tht r.aid inaction of respondent No.4, petitioner flled the present u ' i, petition

Though the petitioner is claiming that her la her was the absolute owner and possessor of the subject prcl)c rty, she has not filed any documents including the old and l,Lt est pattadar passbook, pahanies, etc. She is seeking a c irection to respondent No.4 to consider the proceedings dat:d 04.09.2024 of respondent No.2. However, it is fbr respon,1(.nt No.4 to consider the said aspects.

5. In the light of the same, notice to respo,td.:nt No.6 is dispensed with. This Writ Petition is disposecl <.,f directing respondent No.4 to consider the proceedings datr:1 04.09.2024 of respondent No.2 and dispose of the applicati,r,r. submitted by the petitioner on 05.06.2025 during pr.:L.lavaani, 3 aocordance with law, by putting the petitioner, respondent No.6 and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. However, he shall complete the entire exercise within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
