I i i l I I I HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B' VIJAYSEN REDDY WRITPETITroN No. 31717 oF2013 ORDER: (ORAL) This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.3 _ station House officer, Uppar porice station, in not registering the crime against the offenders who caused severe blood injuries to the petitioner and also the action of respondent No'4 - Station House Officer, L.B.Nagar L & O Potice Station' in taking away the petitioner from respondent No'3 and making him to sit in their police station till midnight, as arbitrary and unconstitutional'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home referred to the contents of the counter affidavit filed by respondent No'2' wherein it is stated that as per station records of Uppal Police Station' Cyberabad Commissionerate, on 26'10'2013' a complaint was todged by the petitioner stating that unofficial respondents picked up altercation with him, stamped him with feet' fisted on his face' abused him in filthy language and bundted him into an lnnova car' The records in the office of resPondent No'2 revea I that ttre OutPost Police HC-658 , Government I 2 General Ho:;oitar, Vijayawada city, forwarded the statement of the petitioner rv" i,:h was recorded at Government Gelneral Hospital, Vijayawada end it was received by Uppal police Station through registered post On receipt of the statement of the petitioner by registered posr, re,spondent No.3 - station House officer, Uppal police station, regis;rrrrerl crime No.702 0f 2013 for the ,ffences under Sections 341i-. it'23 and 504 lpC on 01 .11.2013 and oner Maqbool Jani, Sub-rnspector rrf r)orice, Uppar porice station, took up investigation.
