2. Heard Sri R. Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill, appearing for the ,respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner,s husband retired from service on 31.O8.2O2O, attaining the age of superannuation, while working as a Class IV employee, i.e., Cook, at Government S.C. Boys Hostel, Elkathurthy, Hanumakonda District. However, to her misfortune, her husband passed away on O4.O}.2O23, and his pensionar5r beneflts, viz., Class-lV Final GpF amount of Rs.16,28,4391-, were not paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner submitted her representation to { I respondent No.3 on 26.O8.2025, ventilating and seeking redressa,l of her grievance.
