With the consent of the parties, the q,rit petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in not depositing the compensation arnount to the petitioners as per judgment and decree in L.A.O.P.No.22 of 2012 dated 18.03.2013 ald E.P.No.5 of 2024 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Narayanpet and a consequential prayer was sought to direct the respondent authorities to deposit the decreetal amounts to the credit of the E.Ps.

3. Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstance this Court in W.P.No.12837 ol 2023 dated ! 2
