2.HeardMr.J.SaiVamshi'learrredcounselrepresentrng Mr.Swarrop Oorilla, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos'1 to 3' l,ear-ned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent 3. Nos. 2 and 3/the concerned police authorities are unduly interfering with the life and personal liberty of the pctitioners at the behest of the unoflrciai respondent/ respondent t.Io. 4, arising outofacivildisputebetweentheparties.Aggrievedbysuch alleged interference, the petitioners have approached this Court by way of the present writ petition seeking appropriate directions for protection of their rights' 2 -

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for FIol le, appealing for the respondent authorities, submits that thc illegations of interference by the police are unfounded. He con[ Irds that the police authorities have never interfered with the lif or liberly of the petitioners, except in the course of lawful enqrr Iy conducted in Crime Nos. 429 of 2Ol7 and 560 of 2O1i, which were registered against the petitioners. It is further s r l>mitted that Crime No. 429 of 2Ol7 culminated in C.C. No. 1662 ,>f 2018, and that in both matters, the parties have amicabl I settled their disputes, leading to compounding of the offences o 24.11.2019. Hence, no criminal proceedings are presently pend I 11 against the petitioners, ald there exists no occasion or n('( ( ssity for ar-ry alleged interference by the police, Accordingly, re prays for disrnissal of the writ petition.

Having considered the averments made by t r: petitioners and the explanation offered by the respondent pol ( e authorities, it is evident that no criminal cases a,re currently pt tding against the petitioners. Nonetheless, in order to rddress the apprehension expressed by the petitioners and to r; leguard their constitutional rights, it is deemed appropriate to i; tre necessary directions. 3

7. Accordingly, the respondent police authorities are directed to refrain from interfering with the life and personal liberw of the petitioners, except in strict accordance with law alrd by following enshrined under Article 21 of the due process of law as Constitution of India.
