Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on earlier occasion, this Court passed order in W.P.No.3309O of 2023 dated O6.L2.2O23 and directed the respondent authorities to register the documents presented /pending before the respondent authorities with regard to the szune survey number without reference to the Notification dated 26.09.2073. The subject land in the present writ petition also pertains to the same survey number and also similar letter issued by the respondent No.3 in Lr. No. tr L I 3387 / 2024 , dated 03.LO.2024. In view of the szune, the respondent No.S issued impugned Refusal '"t 2 sK,J W.P.No.29381 of 2O2S Order .No.71 of 2025, dated, 18.O3.2O2S is arbitrary and illeagat

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that thr:re is a chequered history of Sy.No.44 situated at Maktha Mahabubpet Village, Serilingampalty Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. With regard to t.Ile entries of Sy.No.4,4 in revenue records, the orders passed by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration in File No.P3/a56l2013, dated 2g.OS.2Ol4 was set aside by this Court errrlier in W.p.No.23574 of 2014, dated lT.Ol.2OlT and granted liberty to the authorities to take action as per the order passed by the Joint Collector in E.l/7306/Lggg on 19.O,.2O13 and the Joint Collector in his order dated 19.01.20 13 directed the Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District to examine the records in respect of the subject lands and if he found any fabricated material produced relating to fraud for issuance of supplementary sethwar and for obtaining correction of revenue records, Iile comprehensive civil suit for decla::ation of title and for recovery of possession in 3 sK,J W.P.No.29381 of 2O25 favour of Government in accordance with law. Aggrieved by the orders in w.P.No.23574 of 2014, dated 17.0L-2OL7, t1rte respondent authorities have filed W.A.No. 1499 of 2O18 and the same was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court on 25.1t.2o24. In spite of that the respondents again showing the suit sched.ule property in the prohibited list and the same is contrary to the orders of this court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that this Court passed orders in W.P.No.33090 of 2023, dated o6.t2.2}23 and directed" the registering authorities to register the lands without reference to the notification dated 26.O}.2OL3. The subject land. in the present writ petition also pertains to same survey number and the respondent No.3 in Lr.No .F,L13387 12024, dated 03. LO.2O24 before the dismissal of v/.A.No. L4gg of 20t8, dated 25.L1.2024 ' Basing on the letter dated }3.LO.2O24 issued by the respondent No.3, the respondent No.S issued irnpugned Refusal Order No.71 0f 2025, dated 18.03.2025 and the same has to be liable to be set aside' "! 4 SK,J W.P.No.29381 of 2O2S 5' on the other hand, rearned Assistant Government Pleader for stamps and Registration not disputing the disposal of the w.p.No.33o90 of 2023 dated o6.r2.zo2s and also the orders in w.p.No.23sr4 of 2or4, dated 17'ol.tzol7 and w.A.No. L4gg of 2o18 dated 2s.Lr.2024 and recpested to pass appropriate orders. 6' Re:cording the above submission made by rearned counsel on either side and without expressing any opinion on the :merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Registering Authority to receive, register and release .he subject document presented by the petitioner, without reference to the letter datecr 03. 1 o.2o24 issued by the respondent No.3 and without reference to the impugned Refusal ()rder No.71 of 2o2s, dared rg.03.2025 issued by the resp.ndent No.5, subject to the petitioner comprying with the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 19og and Indian stamps Act, rg99. It is arso open to the Registering Authority to refuse to register the document if any other objection and communicate the said decision to the 95:titioner. 5 SK,J W.P.No.29381 of 2O25 It is also made clear that this order does not preclude 7. the Government/District collector to take appropriate steps as warranted by law and to assert its title' If any proceedings/suit/appeal pending between the executants of the document/Government or any other interested party, the registration of the d.ocument will be subject to the result of that proceedings/ suit/ appeal'
