With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstance this Court in W.P.No.9394 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025, passed the following order:- "6. 4. learned counsel for the petitioners further pr-ay this Court to pass similar orders as passed in W.P.No.9394 of 2025 dated 28 ( l.2O2S.

Recording the submission made by learned couru( appearing on either side and in terms of order passed by this Court in w.p.l o.9394 of 2025 dated 28-03.2025, this writ petition is dispose<l of directing the r spondent authorities to deposit the decreetal amount in terms of the order anrl lecree, passed in O_p Nos.160, 156,758, 159,146, 1,52, 150,145 and tS7 of 2012 dated 03.06.2014, by the Senior Civil )udge at Wanaparthy, to the credit of I p Nos.24g, 220, 252, 256,354,356, 394 of 2024, and E.P No.289 and 29i of 20,.L on rhe file of Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy, as expeditiously a.s possibl:, at any rate within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a c<1 y of this order.
