With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition is filed seeking follorving prayer: "ta declnre the action of Llu Respondents in not drpositing compensation nmounts to lle Petitioners as per ludgnrcnt nntl Decree in O.P No.1.50, 156, 158,'159, 146, 152, 150, 145 and 157 of 2013 dated 03.06.2014 and E.P No.248, 230, 252, 256, 354, 356, 394 of 2024 289 and 293 of 2025 on tlu fle of tle Senior Ciail ludge at Wannparthy as modified by this Honornble Court in L A A S No.322, 407, 362, 337, 350, 488, 234, 193 and 314 of 2076 dnted 27.9.2022 ns illegal, nrbitrary nnd ttiolatiae of Article 300-A of the Constitulion of India nnd conxquenlly clirect the Respondents No.1 to 5 herein to deposit the deueetal ambutlts to the credit of O.P No.L60, 156, 158, 159, 146, 152, 150, 145 and 157 of 2013 dattd 03.06.2014 andprcs."

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstance this Court in W.P.No.9394 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025, passed the following order:- "6. Recording the sfumissiort mndc by lenrned counsel appenring on either side and in terms of ordcr pnssed by this C-ourt in W}.No.12837 of 2023 dnted 28.04.2023, tltis zoit petition is disposed of directing the respondent nutlnrities to dtposit tle decreetnl amount in terms of the order antl decree, pnssed in O.P No.4 of 2020, by the Senior Ciuil lurlge Gnd:oal, to the cretlit of E.P No.10 of 2023 in O.P No.4 of 2020 on 2 the file of Senior Cioil ludge at Gadzonl, as expeditiousll rc possible, at any rate ruithin a peicd of four (4) montla from the datt of receipt of n copy of this order."

4. learned counsel for the petitioners further pr-ay this Court to pass similar orders as passed in W.P.No.9394 of 2025 dated 28 ( l.2O2S.

5. l-earned counsel appearing for respondents did nc I dispute the same.

Recording the submission made by learned couru( appearing on either side and in terms of order passed by this Court in w.p.l o.9394 of 2025 dated 28-03.2025, this writ petition is dispose<l of directing the r spondent authorities to deposit the decreetal amount in terms of the order anrl lecree, passed in O_p Nos.160, 156,758, 159,146, 1,52, 150,145 and tS7 of 2012 dated 03.06.2014, by the Senior Civil )udge at Wanaparthy, to the credit of I p Nos.24g, 220, 252, 256,354,356, 394 of 2024, and E.P No.289 and 29i of 20,.L on rhe file of Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy, as expeditiously a.s possibl:, at any rate within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a c<1 y of this order.
