The petitioner claims to have purchased open Plot Nos.G-'l 43 and G-144 of lVahadevapuram Residential Project Phase-lll, out of Acts.17-17 guntas, in Survey Nos.309 to 316 and 318, admeasuring 400 square yards equivalent to 334.4 square meters, situated at Gajularamaram Village, Qutbullapur tr/andal and tvlunicipal Corporation, Medchal-Malkajgiri District (erstwhile Ranga Reddy District), through registered sale deed bearing document No.6858 of 2005 dated 30.05.2005. He made an application vide File N o. 0 1 4 703/G H M C/6 73 1 /KP L2l 2025-BP, dated 30. 1 2.2024, lor g ra nt of permission for construction of stilt+4 upper floors and paid an amount of Rs.10,000/-, which is acknowledged vide receipt No.f 313729612024 daled 30.12.2024 It is stated that the neighbour of the petitioner made an application seeking permission for construction of building in Plot No.J-58 & J-57lPart in Survey No.329/7 and 329/9 of Mahadevapuram 2 ;'l Residential Project Phase-lll, Quthbullapur, Hydere bad, and he was accorded permission vide permit No.3/C'l 5/01r195.12016 dated

19.11.2016. Grievance of the petitioner is that thc.rgh he made an application as early as on 30.'12.2024 for grant of btrilding permission, so far the same is not acted upon, hence he is constrained to approach this Court.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for res;pondent Nos.2 to 6 submitted that building application of the petitioner ,vill be considered in accordance with law.

4. ln view of the above, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a directi :rn to respondent No.3 - The Zonal Commissioner, Kukatpally Zone, GHMC, Hyderabad, to consider the application of the rretitioner in File No. 0 1 4703/G H IVC/673 1 /KP L2t 2025-BP, dated 30. 1 2'2024, Ior grant of building permission, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twenty one (21) days from the rjate of receipt of a copy of this order.
