Vide letter dated 18.05.2009 in file No.Jll1505/2005, the Special Grade Deputy Collector and Revenue Divisional Ofhcer, East Division, Rangareddy District relying on report of Tahsildar, Maheshwaram Mandal held that all the legal heirs are entitled for grant of ORC according to their entitlement. The legal heirs of Narayana S/o Chinnaiah are entitled to the following extents: (i) Vitalaiah (son) - Ac.0-06 guntas (ii) Parasuramulu @ Dasaiah (son) Ac.0-06 guntas and (iii) Ratnamma (daughter) Ac.0-05 guntas in Sy.Nos.242, 243,251, and295. The petitioner herein is one of the sons of Narayana. Therefore, he has submitted representation dated 10.07.2024 to respondent No.2 with a request to implement the said order. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Therefore, the present writ petition.
3. Petitioner herein failed to explain the abnormal delay ln approaOtring respondent No.2 by submitting the representation dated 2 - 10.07.2024. The aforesaid order of RDO is l8'05'2(109' Thus, there is abnormal delay of almost 15 years in submitting the representation to respondent No.2. There is no explanation, muc h less plausible explanation fiom the petitioner for the said abnormal rle:lay' However, having received the said representation, respondent Irlo'2 should have considered the same.
4. Whereas, leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No'2 rvill consider the said representation dated 10.07-2024 submitted by tLe petitioner and pass appropriale orders in accordance with law'

In the light of the aforesaid discussion, this V/rit Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No'2 to consider the representation dated 10.07.2024 submitted by the petilkrner seeking to implement the order in hle No.Jll1505/2005 datec 18.05.2009 of RDO and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law by putting the petitioner on notice and affording him an opportunity. He shall complete the said exercise within a period of thre,e (03) months from the date of receipt ofa copy of this order.
