According to thc petitioncrs, their father late Mohammed Yousuf, was the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.l.08/z guntas in Sy.Nos.418. 45 I and 456 situated at Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sangareddy l)istrict. lIe died on 12.01 .2011 ln proof of thc same, thev hai,c filed copies of old pattadar passbook and death ccrlifrcate. 'fhus, according to the petitioners, they have suoceeded the said property. tlven then, the names of respondent Nos.3 and 4 are rellecting in Dharani Portal and Bhu Bharathi Portal. Thus, there is wrong entry. They have submitted online application vidc I.D.No.2500127'703, dated 11.09.2025, to the District Collector, Sanga l{eddy District, with a request to correct the said wrong entry and issue e-pattadar passbook Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online apptication, District Collector did not act upon the same. He shall consider the abnormal delay ol 14 years in filing the online application. He shall also consider that the subject properly is in urban area. lf the District Collector is not inclinccl to acccpt the rcquest rnade by the petitioners, he stratl assign specitrc reasons, pass a reasoned order and communicate the copv of the same to the petitioners. He shall complete the entire exercise within sixty (60) working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this ordcr. There shall be no order as to costs.
