'[he Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No.5l/12, siruated at Nagireddipatly Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In proof of the same, he has hled copies of thc latest passbook and title deeds. He has submitted F-Line application bearing No.DER022401097461 , dated 24.09.2024 to respondents, with a request to conduct sub-division suruey and demarcate the subject properly by hxing the boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-Line application, respondents did not act upon the same Aggrieved by the said inaction of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. 2

Mr.L.Ravinder, Iearned Assistant Goverl;nenr pleader for Revenue, on instruotions, would submit tlrtrt respondent No.6 will consider the said F-line application subrnitted by the petitioner and conduct sub-clivision survey ancl demarcate the subject propcrty by fixing the boundarie,r. strictly in accordance rvith law.

4. vide order dared 23.0g 2022 in w.p.No.izTg 5 0f 2022, this Court on c'onsideration olthe circulars issue.l by the Chief Commissioner of Land Adrninistration (CCLA) *ith regard to conducting sub-division survcy, directed the Survey Authorities to conduct sub-ciivision survey. .Ihc ,r.r. involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered b-". thc .rforesaid

5. ln the light of the same, this Writ petition rs ciisposed of with the following directions: i) Respondent No.6 is directed to trke up the F-line application bearing No. DER02240I( 97461, dated 24.09.2024 subrnitted bv the petitioner ltrr conducting sub-division survey and demarcation by fixing l,re boundaries of the subject property i.e., land admeasuring d,c.2_0() guntas -,+,f+d:*r.+€a,-r '/ 3 { I I : : in Sy.No.5l/12, situated at Nagireddipalty Village, Maheshu.aram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District; ii) In case, il he is of the vier.v that sub-division of surv'ey number is recluired to be done and any further fees is required to be paid by the petitioner in terms of the circulars referred in thc aforesaid order in W.P.No.32785 of 2022, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner and on receipt of such intirnation lrom him, the petitioner shall pay suoh fees as may be required by respondentNo.6; iii) On such payment of fees by the petitioner, he shall take further steps for taking up the survey as requested by the petitioner and conclude the same in accordance with law by pulting all the concerned persons on notice, and iv) 'lhc entire exercise, as directed above, shall be completed within a period olthree (3) months frorn the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. At this stage, Iearned counscl fclr the petitioner submits that the adjacent land owners are creating problem and they are not permitting the competent authority to conduct sub-division survey.
