27.06.2025 passed by respondent No.2 imposing various penalties under thc various provisions of the Companies Act, 20 13 and relevant Rules. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel for the Central Government submit that due procedure tvas follor.,"ed and sufficient opportunity \vas granted to thc petitioners before passing the impugned orders. The1, submit that the penalties u,ere imposed to the petitioncrs strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2O 13 and reievant Rules.
