6. Appellants herein are respondents in A S'No '18 of 1997 and plaintiffs in O.S.No.1O4 of 1989' Respondents herein are Iegal representatives of appellant in A S'No' I 8 of 1997 and defendant No.3 in O.S.No.104 of 1989'
7. O.S.No.1O4 of 1989 was filed by plaintiffs (appellants herein) before the Additional District lVlunsif' at Sangareddy' seeking specific performance of the contract against defendant No.3 (respondent No' 1 herein) Trial Court by judgment and decree dated2T '12'1996 allou'ed the suit'
8. Aggrieved by the judgment and decrce dated 27 '12'1996 in O.S.No.104 of 1989, respondent No' 1 herein filed A S'No' 18 of 1997 before the II Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Medak, at Sangareddy' First Appcllate Court' vide judgment and decree d,ated' 28 02'2O07' allowed A'S'No'18 of lggT by setting aside the judgment and decree dated 3 JAK, J iA 534 & 955 2007

On 17.O7 .2025, this Court directed the pzu t ies to appear before the High Court Legal Services C'r nmittee for identification of the parties, along with their :ounsels, in terms of the compromise deed dated 28'02'2( 25 annexed with I.A.No.4 of 2025. A report was submitted b ' High Court Legal Services Committee stating that hve plaint'i fs could not be identified. It is Further submitted that during the pendency of the above said cases, the Respondent No. 4 namelyr parla Sanjeeva Reddy executed a relinquishment deed on 15-08-2023 in favour of Respondent No. 5 i.e. Barla Raghupathi Reddy who is none other than his own brother. Accordingly, the Respondent No.4 relinquished his right of y2 share out of 1.28 gts., oF land whatever infavpur Respondent No.5 in respect of the above-mentioned lands. As such Respondent No.4 or his l6gal heirs, have no any sort of right, Interest, claim or future claim in respect of his right of share as he already relinquished his right of share in respect his half share in above said Ac.1.289ts in Sy.No.2B9.
