Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that petitioner No 2 claitns that his father i.e., Sri.Jagan Mohary irad purchased land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1-31, Gts, in Sy.No .767 /815, situated at Viniamuru Village, Chintapally Manclalam, Nalgonda District' through registered sale deed bearing document No 147 of 1987 datecl 24'01'1987' The case of the petitioners is that thc respondent Irlo'6, by creating forged and fabricated documents' issued ownership certificates with respect to lanci to an extcnt of 122 Sq-yards and 2[.4|Sq.yards in Sy'No'767/E/5 to respondent Nos'7 anC 8 and basing on the said certificates, r'csponclent No'11 got registercd the said land on his nanre.Flence,thepetitionerson10.04.2023madeanapplicationbeforethc District Panchayat Officer, Nalgonda' seeking cancellation of the fabricated 2 documents anl the same is under consideration. Furtrrer case is that the petitioners on 19 '09.2022, 74.10.2022 and 24.07.202s rodged compraints before the respondent authorities ancl requested to take action against the unofficial respondents l iorve'er, t r datc the responcrcnt authorities had not registered FIR against tl e peritioners' cornplaints dated 19.09.20 22, 74.70.2022 and 24.07.2025. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home further submits that the petitioners' complaint dated 24.07.2025 was closed as 'Civil in Nature' on

23.09.2025 and the same was communicated to the Petitioners through letter dated 23.09.2025, sent by registered post, stating that the police will not interfere in civil disputes and the petitioners were suggest to pursue their remedies before the concerned Court.

6. Recording the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to petitioners to pursue their remedy beforc the trial court in OS.No.12 of 2023.
