This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petition and upon .hearing the arguments of Sri Malla Reddy Sankati, Advocate for the Petitioners and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and none appeared for the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TTRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in/and GOMMON ORDER: 1. This criminal Petition is fited seeking the court to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 11 in s.c.No.206 of 2017, on the file of the special court for scs & srs (PoA) Act at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 324 and 506 rtw 34 of l.P.C. and Section 3(1XrXs) of SCs & STs (pOA) Act, 2015. 2- lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 11 as wetl as the learned counset for respondent No.2/de facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed to compound the offences and to record cbmpromise between both the parties.

3. The learned Additional Pubric prosecutor has opposed the compromise petitions.

Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto complainant in l-A-Nos.2 & 3 of 2o2s which discloses that he has willingly consented for compromise. since the parties were willing to enter \ \\ .l .: 2 Crlp-12681 EfD, J -2025 intocompromise,theyweregivenachancetosettlethematterby appearingalongwiththeirrespectivecounselbeforetheHighCourt LegalservicesCommifteefortheStateofTelanganavideorders dated2s.og.2o25passedbythisCourt.Thereafter,theSecretary, High court Legal services committee is directed to identify the parties and submit a report to that effect'

5.PursuanttotheabovesaiddirectionissuedbythisCourt,the partiesalongwiththeirrespectivecounselhaveappearedbeforethe HighCourtLegalservicesCommitteefortheStateofTelanganaand the secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 13-10-2025 stating that the parties were identifiedandtheyhavewillfully,withoutanyGoercion,enteredinto compromise.

6.lnviewoftheabove'l'A'Nos'2and3of2O2Sareallowed' consequenily, the criminal Petition is atlowed and the proceedings s.c.No.206 0f 2017,on the file of the special court for scs & srs Act at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District' registered against petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 11, are hereby quashed subject to petitioners paying an amount of Rs'5'000/- (Rupees Five Only) to the Director, Sainik Welfare and Rs.5,000/- ) , 3 ETD.
