Heard learned counsel for the petition<rr ald learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines ald Ge:.r,gz appearing on behalf of respondent No. 1; learned AssistarLt Government Pleader for Finance appearing on beha,lf of res c tndent No.2; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenrr:, appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 and M. Srinivasa Rao, lt:,u ned starding counsel for respondent Nos.4 to 6. With their corLsent, this u,rit petition is taken up for disposal.

The facl.s of the case in brief as stated aro t rat petitioner No. I is an Adivasi Woman Sand Quarry Contract .r4 utually Aided Cooperative Society registered under provisions tf Telangala State Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies Act, 1!t! 5 and all the members of the said society a-re women. Responde .nt No.5 herein entered into agreement dated 17.O7.2021 with pet,t oner No.1 on behalf of State Government for extraction of sanc [: om Specified Sand Bearing area ald transportation of extracl cc sand to the specified stoc@ard at Mulugu District for a peric,c of one year As per agreement, respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall tr)ay an amount of Rs.23O/ - per cubic meter whereas the Goverr r rent received an amount of Rs.63O/- per cubic meter. In all, pr titioner No.l extracted and t.ralsported the sald to the tunt: of 1,25,85O 3 Cubic meters ald I,02,179 metric tons of sand from the specihed sand bearing area to specilied stockyard. Accordingly, the total amount payable by responderlts to petitioner No.l 1S Rs.4,61,36,612 l- and the petitioner also submitted bills for the said amount. Out of the total bill, respondents have paid only arr amount of Rs.95,16,47O /- arrd the balance amount to be payable was Rs.3,66,20,142/-. ln that regard, petitioners have sent representations to respondent authorities on 09.O1.2023,

09.O3.2O25 and 16.06.2025, however, the said representations have not been considered till date. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.

4. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent authorities to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2025 in a time bound period.

Learned Assistant Government Pleaders as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5 submits that if I i the said representation is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to dispose of the \ \ 4 --i petitioner's representation, dated 16.06.20'):i and pass appropriate orders in accordalce with law.
