The case of the petitioners, in brief, as Der the averments made in tlrc affidavit filed by ther petitioners in suooort of the Dresent Writ Petition is as under: i) The Petitioner No.1-Mohammed Rafiudclin Memorial Educational Society, is a registered societ / promoting education in Telangana, and the 2nd Petitioner institution- M.A. K.Azad College of Education located at Chinthapally Guda, Ibrahimpatnam, Rangareddy District wai established in the year 2003 to offer the B.Ed. course. ii) The 2nd petitioner' institution obtained N(lTE approval and Government permission through G.O.Rt.\o,555 dated
16.06.2003, and later, in 2014, minority status was granted. Though recognition was withdrawn in 2019, the Appellate Authority and NCTE restored it vide orders dated 16.12.2020 and 04.02.2022 for 100 seats. J sN,l W.P.No.29093 of 2025 iii) For the Academic Year 2025-26, the Petitioners submitted several representations to the Respondent University seeking re-inspection for grant of affiliation. However, the respondent-University failed to act upon the same. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents, the petitioners filed the present writ petition. 4. submits that the petitioners had recently made a representation to the Vice-Cha ncellor, Osmania University, Hyderabad on 09.09.2025, and again made another representation to the Registrar, Osmania University, Hyderabad on 12.O9.2025. Though the said representations were duly acknowledged on the said dates, no action however had been initiated thereon till as on date. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners, as put forth in the said representations should be considered by the respondents herein.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner further submits that the limited relieF petitioner seeks in the present writ petition is a direction to respondent No.1 to \-! 4 SN,J W.P.hlo.29093 ot 2O2s consider the request of the petitioners for grant of affiliation to M.A. K. Azad College of Education, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance to raw, within a reasonabre period.
