Heard Ms. Nishitha, learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No.29779 of 2024, Sri N. sreedhar Reddy, learned standing Counsel on behalf of petitioner in Writ Petition No.2 lO44 of 2024 and respondents in Writ Petition No.2gZT9 of 2024. 4. Learned Standing counsel submits that the consumer Grievances Redressal Forum was constituted by Chairperson (FAC), Member Technical .and Member Finance; smt. B. Lalitha is Chairperson (FAC) and Member Technical. It is submitted that the impugned order was signed by chairperson (FA) and Member Technical who is one and the same and dissenting view was j I expressed by Member Finance. Since there is no majority opinion, Y 2 learned Standing Counsel requests this Court to remand the matter to the said Forum to examine the matter afresh.

5. Considering the said submissions, the order dated 22.OL.2O24 ln C.G.No.2L2/2O23-24/Rajendranagar Circle is quashed and the matter is remanded to the 2nd respondent to examine the issue afresh and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. Writ Petition No.21044 of 2O24 is allowed accordingly.

6. In view of the order passed in Writ Petition No.21044 of 2O24, Writ Petition No.29779 of 2024 is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 28.10.2024 passed therein. No costs.
