This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. Sumayya Kausar, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Sri Syed Aleemuddin Subhan, Advocate for the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 AND 3 0F 2025 IN/AND CRIMINA L PETITION No.12574 OF 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.7228 ot 2025 on the file of learned XVI Additional Chief Judicial Magastrate, Hyderabad at Nampally.

2. Heard ttls. Sumayya Kausar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State and Sri Syed Aleemuddin Subhan' learned counsel for respondent No.2.

3. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner- accused as well as respondent No.2-de facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed to permit respondent No.2 to compound the offences and to record compromise.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petition. 2 li.l.D,.l Crl.P.No 12574 of2025

5. Perused the affidavit filed by the de facto complainant in l.A.No.3 of 2025, which discloses that he has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to setfle the matter by appearing along with their resrrective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee, vide order, dated24.Og.2025, passed by this Court. 6 Purs;uant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Coud Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the secret;ary of the above said committee has identified the parties and submilted a report, dated 08.10.2025, stating that the parties were identified and they have wilfully and without any coercion entered into compromts -l

7. ln vir:w of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.7228 of 2025 on the file of learned XVI Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad at Nampally, against the petitioner_ accused anr hereby quashed subject to the petitioner_accused paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, lligh Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the Statq of Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/_ (Rupees Five 3 ETD,J Crl.P.No. 12574 of 2025 Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates' Association, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry. fi/liscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
