Brief facts statcrl in this writ peLition are tl-nt petit ( ners' clairns that their grandfathel i.c., Shaik Moulana Ali, l.ras succeeded 1arr, adrneasuring to an extent of Ac.01 .30 Gts, in Survcy No,1gZ situated at Chi r hakunta Village, Kothapally Manclal, Karimnagar l)istrict, from his ancest )rs. rt is further 2 subrdtted that from the above extent of land, certain extent of land was affected in SSRP Project and certain extent of land was grabbed by some land grabbers and only Ac.00.25 gts, (hereinafter referrecl as 'subiect rand') got remained with tl-rc petitioners a,tr in trre year 2006, pctitioner's names were rnutated in thc rcvenue rccorcls. The case of the petitioners is that on

08.05.2024, rcspondent Nos.S and 6, along with one Mr.Jagadisl.r Kumar Rao, tried to interfcre with the petitioners' peaceful possession o'er the subjcct propcrty, hcnce, the petitior-rcrs filed OS.No.335 of 2024 and O.S.No.6g2 of 2025 and the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Karimr.ragar, (hereir-rafter referrcd as 'Trial Court'), zride ir.rterim order dated 78.09.2025 in I.A.No.247 of 2025 in os.No.682 of 2025, restrained the rcspo,cient Nos.5 and 6 from interfering in thc subject propcrty. Further case of petitioners is that the respondent No.4 is calling the petitioners to the police station and is pressurizing them to vacate thc subject property ar-rd hand ovcr the possession to respondent Nos.5 and 6. Aggrieved by the same, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Govcrnment pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 placed on record instructions issued by the station House Officer, Kothapally Policc Station, Karimnagar District, wherein it is submitted that on 01.09-2025, the petitioners had approached the respondent No.2 and filed a reprcsentation z;idz C.No.1087ICCC/2025 dated 01.09.2025. On such representation, GD entry was made on 02.09.2O,25 aide page No.53 in Sl.No.13 and the petitioners were called to the police station for the purpose of enquiry. It is further submittecl that thc respondent authorities neithcr J interfere in the civil clisputes nor had pressurized the petitit t ers to hand over the possession of the subject property to respondent Nos.5 a I I 6
