2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. I to 3. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal. Notice to respondent Nos.4 and 5 is herebv dispensed u,ith

In that vieu' of the matter, since thc complaint of the petitioner has already been closecl as civil in nature' this writ petition is clisposed of s'ith a d irection to respondent authorities to follorv d ue procedure as contemplated under of lalr' for further course of action, if any. Needless to state, petitioner may seek appropriate remedy as availabie under lau'. Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
