2. Petitioner hcrein is claiming that hc is the absolute owner and posscssor ol land adnrcasuring Ac.2-08 gts in Sy.No.779lE, situated at Mankhal Viilagc, Malieshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy District. In prool o1'the sarne, he has filed copies ol- old and latest pattadar passbooks
3. lt is the specilic contention of the petitioner herein that respondent Nos.6 and 7 and others were also owners of land admeasuring Ac.2-08 gts in Sy.No.779lE of Mankhal Village and they have sold the said property in favour of respondent Nos.4 and 5 long back. I'aking advantage of the same, at the instance of respondent Nos.4 and 5, rcspondent Nos.2 and 3 deleted the subject propefiy frorr the Bhu-Bharathi portal. Therefore, he has submitted onlinc application No.2500 126140 dated 09.09.2025 to respondent No.2 with a request to include the sub-iect property in Bhu-Bharathi plrtal. Despite lcceiving and acknowledging the said online \ I ) application, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2, the petitioner filed the / ( prescnt wrlt pe trtlon.

Perusal of the record more particularly Lncumbrance (lcrtificatc fited by the petitioner would reveal that there is a transaction dated 22.10.2024 vide lD No.LA24000077 l0 iu respect ol Ac.0-05 gts of land. There is no answer liom the petilioncr here in with regard to said land. Horvevcr, it is for rcspondent No.2, to consider while disposing of thc online application submitted by the petitioner.

In the light of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in the absence of respondent Nos.4 to 7, directing respondcnt No.2 to consider the online application No.2500126140 dated 09.09.2025, subrnitted by the petitioner seeking to include the petitioner name in Bhu-Bharathi portal in respect of afbresaid land admeasuring Ac.2-08 gts in Sy.No.77918, situated at Mankhal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy District and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner, respondent Nos.4 to 7 and all interested parlies on notice and altbrding them an opportunity. If, respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the requcst made by the petitioner, he shall pass a t I ,/ \ 3 rcasone(l order, comlnunicate copy of the said order to the petitioner.
