2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader lor Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. with their consent, this'"vrit petition is taken up for disposal.
3. The facts of the case in brief are that petitioners claims to be owners of the subject property acquired by way of assignment made by the Government for landless poor category' It is submitted that petitioners are eking out their livelihood by 1 doing cultivation and except the said lands, pt:titioners do not have :lny other lands. The revenue authonrr<:s also issued individual pattaclar passbooks and title deeds rrnd accordingly, petrtioners arc I t1 peaceful possession and erl.lovment u,ithout any interruption. The Government, in the .lt:ar 2O 16 had proposed to establish Yadadri Thermal [)o,r,er Station in Damaracherla Mandal, Nalgonda District. According[,v, Government tried to acquire petitioners land s, ir-r that regard, petitioncrs fi1ed W.P.No.91O7 of 2019 and this Cc -rrt dispose d of the said writ petition by directir-rg the pet itior e r to approach competent Civil (lourt for availing appropriate rc'ntedv. Hou,ever, the (iovernment without following the procedule contemplated under lavr has highhaldedly acquired petitioncrs lands in the y'ear 2O2O. In that regard, petitioners submitter reprcserrt:rtion on 2l .O2.2O25 before the respondent authorities; reqnesting the authorities to pay compensation amount or to allot an], alternative land. 4. Though various grounds are raised in tlrr. i,r.r-it petition, learncd counsel for the petitioners restricts i-ris prrrl'er seel<ing a I t J direction to respondent authorities to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 21 .O2.2025 in a time bound period'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearlng on behalf of respondents submits that if the said representation is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to dispose of the petitioners' representation, dated 2l -O2.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
6. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the petitioners' representation, dated 2l 'O2 '2025 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance vvith law' as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by putting on notice and hearing all the concerned parities and thereafter communicate the same to the petitioner'
7. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of 1 Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. Honever, there shall be no order as to cor;ts.
