Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the Petitioner's application dated 04/03/1996 for the grant of variation of conditions of permit on the existing Inter-State route- Barhampur to Gudari and back (via) Itchapuram etc., to touch Sompeta, within two weeks from today, while directing the 2nd respondent to issue temporary variation in respect of the petitioner's Bus AP.30/T.3679 plying on the said Inter-State Route to touch Sompeta without change in existing trips and timings, immediately, pending consideration of grant of pucca variation by the 1st respondent.
