It is stated in the memo that res: >ndent No.1 - 2 BRMR,J CRP.No.3374 of 2023 decree holder has Iiled E.P.No.3O6 of 2O2l in ARB.No.566 of 2Ol9 on the file of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar seeking attachment of salary of judgment debtor Nos.2, 3 and 5 to 8 for recovery of Rs. 11,70,O01/-. The entire Ep amount is deducted from the salary of judgment debtor Nos.3, 5, 7 and 8, the same is remitted to the Executing Court to the credit of the EP, respondent No.l - decree holder is entitled to withdraw the same towards decreetal amount and thus cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive. 2 In view of the memo filed by respondent No.1 - decree holder the entire amount of Rs.1l,TO,OOl l is deducted from the salary of judgment debtor Nos.3, 5, T and 8 and the presenr Civil Revision Petition is frled by judgment debtor No.6, cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive.
