The facts of the case in brief as stated are that Government of Telangana (Revenue Department) have been taking steps to I t,I 2 acquire the lands at Kandukur Mandal, Ranga [l ddy District for establishment of industrial park in favour of T[i IC limited. It is submitted that the Government had already purc rased the lands in Kandukur Mandal, but now the Governmer t is decided to acquire more Iand without following proper procedure as contemplated under law. The main grievance ol he petitioner is that petitioner has been cultivating in the sub1e -t land for past several years and other than the subject land. retitioner is not hzrving any other land and that respondent aut rorities without providing alternate livelihood to the petitionr r are trying to acquire the petitioner's land. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since no award was passed in the present case, the respondent authorities may be directed to follow due process of Iaw before initiating any action on the petitioner's property and pray this Court to pass appropriate orders to that effect
