2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioncr, learned Government Pleader for EnerS' on behalf of Respondent No'l, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 to 5 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.6'

Ms. Nikita Goenka, learned counsel for pctitioner submits that in similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No. 19802 of 2025, this Court by order dt. |O-O7.2O25 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, and hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in this Writ Petition also.

4. Recently, the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Raiendra Kumar Barjatga a. tl.P. Aaas Euam Vikas Parishad 1 , in the larger public interest, issued directions in addition to the directives I 2024 SCC Ontine SC 1767 2 issued in Re: Directions in the matter of d_emotitio;, of structures. Relevant for thc lturpose of this case are: "(iv) A11 the necessary service connections, sr_ch as, Elect-ricity, water supply, sewerage con t:ction, etc., shall be given by the service prr.,,ider / Board to the buildings only after the pr< cluction of the completion / occupation certihcat I (u) Even after issuance of completion ce t llcate, deviation / violation if any contrary _o the pian ning permission brought to the r I iice of the iruthority immediate steps be taker by the said :ruthority concerned, in accordan.t : with lavr', against the builder / owner / o< _- rpant; and the ofhcial, who is responsible for i ;suance of wrongful completion / occupation c( r- .ificate shall be proceeded departmentally forth.,, th.
