Kiranodaya Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr. M. Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner on record submits that he has no instructions in the matter. It appears that petitioner is nowhere interested in pursuing the litigation and this Court has no other option except to dismiss the present writ petition for non-prosecution.
