Ms. Nikita Goenka, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No. 198O2 of 2025, this Court by order dt. lO.O7 .2025 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, and hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in this Writ Petition also. 2

Relevant for rhe purpose of this case are: "(iv) All the necessary service connections :uch as, Elcctriciry, water supply, sewerage c( reclion, etc., shall be given by the service p ':,vider / Board to the buildings only after the p r:duction of the completion / occupation certific t :.
