It is reported by the Respondent No.2-tnsurance Company that during the pendency of this Appeat, they have mutual.ty entered into a setttement and in pursuance of the same, the Appettant/petitioner has agreed to receive an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One takh onty) towards futt and final setttement of the ctaim in addition to the amount atready deposited and the lnsurance company has agreed to pay the same towards futl and finat setttement of the ctaim. Accordingty, compromise is recorded and the Award is passed before the Lok Adatat. ln view of the above said setttement, the lnsurance company has agreed to deposit the above said amount within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Award, after deducting the amount that was deposited, if any. ln the event of defautt or delay in making such deposit, the ctaimant/Appettant is entitted to claim interest as awarded by the Tribunat.
