Judgment

Heard both sides.
There is no dispute that during the course of investigation, the name of the petitioner was not shown as accused. But subsequently as per the confession of the other accused, it reveals that the petitioner also participated in the offence.
Considering these circumstances, there shall be stay of arrest of the petitioner till filing of charge sheet, if any. Investigation and consequential steps on the basis of result of investigation shall go on.
