Learned counsel had further contended that L.A.A.S.No.49 of 2024 was filed by claimant No.26 in O.P.No.91 of 2014, dated

03.10.2018 and the appellants herein afe other claimants in O.P.No.91 of 201'4. Therefore, similar order be in these appeals- ztlqo. Learngd- coug9-g]* -had further con!-e-qdgd#J4AL@!...-. !I--@ No.49 of 2024 was disposed of by relying on a Division Bench judgment of this Court in L.A.A.S.No.125 of 201,5 and batch, dated 27.09.2022, whereby the mafket value of the land acquired -.-:.-_.-... - therein v/as enhanced by two mofe times than the value fixed by the l-,agd.--*4-ggql$ttqn*O-fficer with all 2 howe-i,er, for the delay period in preferring the appeals, the claimants are not entitled for any interest.

Learned counsel for the appellants had further contended that the judgment, dated 27.09.2022 passed in L.A.A.S.No.125 of 2015 arrd batch was also confirmed by the Apex court in S.L.P.(C vil)No.28925 of 2024, dated 17.09.2024. Therefore, the present ;rppeals can also be disposed of in terms of the judgment, dated 27 .01,.2025 passed in L.A.A.S.No.49 of 2024.

Le:arned Government Pleader appearing for the 1.., respond,:nt-Land Acquisition officer had contended that the purpose of acquiring lands of appellants is for Ryalampadu Balancing Reservoir under Jawahar Lift Irrigation project and Priyadarshi Jurala Project and G.o.N{s.No.234, dated 15.10.1993 and G.().N'Is.No.291., dated 05.08.1982 arc not applicable to the said irrigation projects. Therefore, all the appeals are liable to be dismissed. 3

Having considered the rival submissions mad.q by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the view that the Division Bench'of this Court in L.A.A.S.No.2 of 201.6, dated 27.09.2022 and L.A.A.S.No.4 of 2016, dated 1,5.09.2022 held that the said G.Os. are applicable for all the Irrigation Proiects, and though the said G.Os. wefe issued specifically for Srisailam Hydro Power Projects. L.A.A.S.N o.1.25 of 201,5 and batch, dated 27.09.2022 and L.A.A.S.No.4 of 201,6, dated 1,5.09.2022 werc allowed and the market value was enhanced by nvo more times than the value fixed by the Land Acquisition Officer. Aggrieved by the ofdef, dated

27.09.2022, in L.A.A.S.No.125 0f 201,5 and batch, the State has carried the matter to the Apex Court by filing S.L.P.(Civil).No. 28925 of 2024 and the A Court uide orde4 "dated L99.?9-M, confirmed the order passed by the Division Bench of this court in L.A.A.S.N o.1,25 of 201,5 and batch. A<:cordingly, all the appeals are allowed by following the judgment, dated 27.09.2022, passed in L.A.A.S.No.125 of 201,5 and batch, and the market value is enhanced by two more times (1+2) than the: value fixed by the Land Acquisition officer with all consequ,3ntial benefits. However, the appellants are not entided for interest for the delay period in preferring the appeals. There shall be no order as to costs.
