Brief facts in this writ Petition as stated are that the petitioners apart from their private jobs are doing small real estate business and eking out their livety hood. It is submitted that through mutual friends' petitioners got to know about one Sri C S Iteddy The case of the petitioners is that on 18 09 2025 at about 5 PM, respondent Nos 5 and 6 came to the petitioners' office and have taken petitioner No 2 with therr' Hence' petitioner No 1 dialed 100 and lodged a complaint Further case of the petitioners is that on 19 09 '2025 ' respondent No.3 calted the petitioners and demanded to pay some amount to respondent Nos.5 and 6 and enquired the whereabouts of Sri C S Reddy' Thereafter, respondent authorities wcre halassing the petitioners by calling him to the policc station and insisting them to pay amount to respondent Nos.5 and 6.
