2. I have: heard Ms. P. Krishna Keertana, learned counsel, representing Mr.ch.siddha(ha Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R. Larxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government preader for Home, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition has been filed contending that the respondents/Police authorities were interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondent in respect of house property and this Court considering the merits had passed an interim order on 31.03.2017 directing the Police not to interfere with the civil matters and liberty was given to the petitioner to approach the D.C.P. concerned to bring it to his notice, and that order had substantially redressed the grievance of the petitioner.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the respondents/Police never interfering with the personal life or private affairs of the petitioner as contested.

5. I have perused the material on record.

Having regard to the submission that the interim order granted by this Court had redressed the grievance of the petitioner, making the interim order absolute disposing of this petition is found appropriate. Accordingly, the respondents/Police authorities are directed to restrain from interference with the civil matters of the petitioner, life and liberty of the petitioner, save and except, strictly in accordance with law' J

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// To,
