2. According to the petitioners, their land admeasuring Ac.0.14 guntas in Sy.No.85l, situated at Nawabpet/Vadicherla Village, Lingala Ghanpur Mandal, Jangaon District. Petitioners are also the owners of other lands in the very same village. The subject land is missing in the Bhu Bharati Portal. On the complaint dated 23.09.2024, respondent No:5 has issued notice, dated 16.07.2025 for restoration of patta in the name of respondent No.6 and fixing the hearing on21.07.2025 at 11.00 A.M. Petitioners have appeared before respondent No.5 and submitted all the documents including explanation Without considering the same, respondent No.5 is going to pass orders on the complaint dated 23.09.2024 of respondent 2 No.6. Aggrieved by the said action of respondent No.5, petitioners fi1ed the present writ petition.
3. Though the petitioners are contending that they are appeared before respondent No.5 on 21.07 .2A4 and submitted explanation, they have not filed the copies of the said documents.
4. Mr.L.Ravinder, leamed Assistant GoverrLment Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.5 will pass appropriate orders pursuant to the notice dated
16.07.20|25, in accordance with law, by putting the petitioners, respondent No.6 and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. If petitioners submit explanation to the said notice, respondent No.5 will consider the same
