Leamed Counsel for the petitioner further submits thctt this Court passed orders in W.P.No.33090 of 2O23, dated O6.12.2023 and directed the registeing authoities to regi.ster the lands utithout rekrence to th.e notification doted 26.09.2013. The subject land in the present urit petition also pertains to same suruey number and the respondent No.3 in Lr.No.El/ 3387/2O24 doted 03.1O.2O24 before the dismissal of W.A.No.1499 of 2018 dated 25.1 1.2024. Basing on the letter dated 03.10.2024 issued by tte respondent No.3, tLe respondent .lVo.S issued impugned Refusal Order No.116 of 2O25 dated 23.04.2O25 and the same hos to be liable to be set aside."

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners further submits that the second reason mentioned in the impugned Refusal Order No.269/2O25 dated 17.07.2025 is a-lready considered by this Court in W.P.No.L547 I of 2024 and passed orders on O2.O7.2O24. The relevant portion of the said order at paragraph No.19 is extracted as follows:

In view of the submissions made on either side and the for the reasons alike in the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.28OOO of 2O2S dated 17.OT.ZO2S and W.P.No.15471 of 2024 dated O2.O7.2024, this Writ petition is disposed of by directing the Registering Authority to register and release the pending document No.p439 l2O2S dated 1O.O7.2025 presented by the petitioners, without relerence to the impugned Refusal Order No.269 of 2O2S dated L7.07.2025 issued by the respondent No.5, subject to complialce of the provisions under the Indian Registration Act, 19O8, and Indian Stamps Act, 1g99, without insisting t l \ for the proceedings of NALA Tax under the provisions of the Telangana Agricultural Land (Conversion for nonagricultural Purposes) Act, 2006. It is needless to mention that the petitioners shalt pay the Nala tax as per the provisions of The Telangana Agricultural Land 6 (Conversion for Non Agricultural Purposes) \ct, 2006, AS and when demanded by the appropriate au1.l rorities under the said Act.
