2. Petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of total land admeasuring Acs-10.20 guntas, situated at Yacharam Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The details of sale deeds, extents and survey numbers are mentioned in the writ affidavit. According to the petitioners, the subject property is a Patta Land. Even then, the subject property was classified as 'Notional Khata' in Bhu Bharati Portal. Therefore, they have submitted online applications bearing Nos.2500037364, 2500037348, 2500037402, 2500031337, 2500037359, 2500037312, 25OOO37 404, 25OOO37 369, 2500031 3 5 4, all dated 09'06'2025 to respondent No.2 with a request to correct the wrong entries' Despite receiving and acknowledging the said onlme 2 applications, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2, petitioners filed the present writ petition.

3. Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant GoverrLment Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.2 will consider the said online applications rn accordance with law by pufting the petitioners and all interer;ted parties on notice and affording them an opportunity.

In the light of the said submission, this V,rit Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to considr:r and dispose of the said online applications bearing Noi.2500037364, 2500037348, 2500037402, 2500037331, 2500031359, 2500037372, 2500037404, 2500031369, 2500037354, all dated09.06.2025 submitted by the petitioners u,iih a request to correct the wrong entries, in accordance with trarv, by putting the petitioners and all interested parties orL notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioners, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reasoned order and 3 communicate copy of the same to the petitioners. However, he shall complete the entire exercise within a period of sixty (60) working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
