According to the petitioner, his father, late DrLr ari Sailu was the absolutc os,ner and possessor of land admeasurinp \c.2-02 gts in Sy.Nos.375iE,l: and 456/.44., situated at Vattinaguia ;atl1, Village, Gandipet Mandal, Itangareddy District. Petitioner lr s filed a suit vidE O.S.No 633 of 2022 against his father and re; rondent No.6, seeking perrnanent injunction. The said suit is pendir

During the pendency of the said suit, respondent Nos.6 to 10, l i r brothers and sisters are fi]'ing to obtain mutation proceedings in res rect of subject property rvithout putting the petitioner on notic: and without affording him an oppoftunity. ln paragraph No.6 of tl t writ affidavit, petitioner has specifically stated that the subject prr rerty is orally partitioned by his father. Therefore, petitioner ha representation dated 10.03.2025 to respondent Nos. request not to entertain any application submitted ; submitted a Ito4witha ry respondent Nos.6 to l0 for mutation of the subj ect property. Iherefore, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 2 3 Though the petitioner is contending that he has submifted the aforesaid representation to respondent Nos.2 to 4, he has not fited proof of service of the said representation on the respondent Nos.2 to 4. Without filing proof of service, he cannot file the present writ petition alleging non-consideration of the said representation. Therefore, petitioner herein is not entitled for ariy relief much less relief sought in the present writ petition. This writ petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, it is dismissed. However, liberry is granted to petitioner to submit online application to respondent Nos.2 to 5, with a requcst not to entertain any application submittcd by respondent Nos.6 to 10, seeking succession, mutation proceedings and issuance of E-Pattadar passbook in respect of subject property without putting the petitioner on notice and without affording him an opportunity and it is for the respondent Nos.2 to 5, to consider the same and dispose it of in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
