Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pass a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction declaring the action of the Respondents as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that acting upon the cornplaints of the petitioner, show-cause notice vlde Notice No.UCR.No.G I /MC J /W30 I 7 3 5 12024 dated, 12.07 .2024 w as issued to respondent No.3 to explain as to why the unauthorized construction made by her in the property bearing H.No.5-1-102, Rahamathpura, Jagtiat, should not be removed. Subsequently, speaking order vide UCR.No.G 1 /MCl lW30l7 3 5 /2024 d,ated 08.08.2024 was also passed Further, final notice dated 31.12.2024 was also issued to respondent No.3 directing her to remove the unauthorized construction rnade in the subject property.
3. It is submifted that respondent No.2 addressed letters dated
25.04.2025 and 28.05.2025 to the Superintending Engineer, TSNPDCL, Jagtial, stating that the officials of respondent No.2 have ) inspected ttc subject propefty and found that lhe building W.P. No.320l I of 2025 Dated 24. 10.2025 constructed in deviation of the sanctioned plan. Res rondent No.3 was also directed to submit explanation. As respond,: tr No.3 lailed to submit any t'xplanation, speaking order dated 08.03 2024 !\,as passed and file was fbrwarded to the District Task Forcr: 'l'eam lbr taking necessary acrion. The Superintending Engineer was also requested to disconnect tlrc clectricity connection to respondent l.Jo.3 in respcct of the subject property
