Further, respondent No.3 is directed to conduct enquiry, pursuant to the show-cause notice dated 26.08.2025, and, pass orders, in accordance with law, by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. The grievance of the petitioners is that show cause notices dated 26.08.2025 were issued to the petitioners directing them to remove the disptay board i.e., Unipole/Hoarding which is displayed 1 against thc norms of the Commissioner and ) rector Municipal \ I \o.l7ll7 o12025 I ) rted t0.09.2025 Administration (CDMA) guidelines and.adver-tisr,' ent policy within a period of seven (7 ) days.
