2. Hear.d Ms. B. Keerthi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner; leamed Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record.

The petitioner claims to be the pattadar and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.t_23 guntas, in Sur.vey No.l26 and Ac.0-30 guntas, in Survey No.160/1/r, situated at padmaram Viilage, Jilled Chowdargudem Mandal, Rangareddy District. .fhe said lands were originally owned by the grandfather of the petitioner which E--':-------+f 2 B!'R. J wp 28527 _2025 \ devolved upon the father of the petitioner Sri Laxma Reddy. The name of the father ol the petitioner was mutated in all the revenue records. However, without any prior notice, tl-re subject lands r.r,ere shown as ceiling patta in online portal of Revenue Department and also the new pattadar passbook.

According to the leamed counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was also issued digital pattadar passbook bearing No.T05050070359 However, classification of the subject lands was wrongly shown as 'ceiling patta' instead ol'patta land'. 'I'herefbre, the petitioner submitted online Application No.2500124499, dated 04.09.2025, in Bhu Bharathi Portal for correction of nature of land from'ceiling patta'to'patta land' in respect of the subject lands

5. The leamcd Assistant Govemment Pleader fbr Revenue, on instructions, submitted that respondent Nos.2 to 4 will consider the online application submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law
