2. Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.l3 guntas in Sy.No.21216, situated at Brahmanpally Village, Madgula Mandal, Rangareddy District. He is also the owner of land in other survey numbers of the very same village. In proof of the same, he has filed copies of the old and new pattadar passbooks. In the latest pattadar passbook, the aforesaid land is missing. Therefore, he has submitted online application bearing No.2500025920, dated 26.04.2025 with a request to correct the said wrong entry, including the subject land in Dharani Portal and issue latest pattadar passbook. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online application, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Goverrrrrent Pleader for Revenuc has produced the written ir s:ructions of respondent No.5, wherein it is stated as follows: "2. .. ..on verification of available 1r; ranies of Madgul village, the Sy.No.2l2 to x.r ext. Ac. l2..20gts classified as Patta land and sla'rds on the name of Sri. Laxman Rao, Subsequenr y, the said land was succeeded in favour ol Sri. Mucharla Ranga Rao (Ac.6_lOgts) and .t. Sri. Mucharla Ananthararna Rao (Ac.rl l0gts). Furthor, it is submitted that after some oi' .h,: LRs of Sri. Mucharla Anantha Ramarao was :,old out to an ext. Ac.4. l5gts to others through rt:gister sale deeds and left over extent Ac. 1.:i-(:.1ts in Sy.No.2l2 was distributed among t:rc Sri. Muchirrla Sudhakar Rao Sio late ,rrrLantha Ramarao & (05) others. F-urther, as seen llurn the pahani for the year ol 2009-10 & 201,f..5 of Bramhanapalle village, the applicant nar.rc was recorded to an ext. Ac.0.t3gts in Sy.No ,t-12 of Bramhanapalle village, Madgul Mandal bLrt in the Bhu Bharati portal, thc applicant's namc lj not reflecting against the Sy.No.2l,l of Bramhanapal Ic vi llage. 3. Further, it is submitted that the a1:plicant applied through Bhu Bharati portal for errcr his name in Missing Sy. Nos module for irr ext. Ac.0. l5gts in Sy.No.212 of Bramhalpalle village, vide application No. 2500(l?,;920, Dt.26.04.2025, the same was rejected l-,., this office authority due to applied lor an a,Ilition 3 extent in which he entitled to only to an ext' Ac.0.l3 gts in Sy.No.2l2 of Bramhanapalle village." Therefore, petitioner has to submit fresh online application in terms of Rule 4 of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025 (for short, 'the Rules, 2025') with Competent Authority as per Schedule A of the Rules, 2025 basing on the market value as mentioned in Schedule B of the Rules, 2025 and the Competent Authority will consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law. The said written instructions are placed on record.

In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit fresh online application, along with alt the relevant documents, to the Competent Authority within one (l) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application, Competent Authority shall consider and dispose of the same, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity.
