Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side have drawn attention of this Court to the order clated O3.O9.2O25 passed by this Court in W.p.No.24aTT of 2O2S and submitted to pass similar orders in view of the similarity in the facts 2 \.!..,,' - and circumstances of the cases. For better understanding of the case, the relevant portion of the said order is extracted as under: "5. In that view of the matter, since the permlsslon 1s given to thc implead pe titioner/ respondent No 6 and the writ petitioner vide order dated 02.112022 passed by the Telangana Statc Waqf Tribunal at Hyderabad in IA No 841 of 2022 in O.S.No.76 ol 2022, petitroner is also permitted to offcr prayers as per thc above said order and the petitioner shall also conhne only to the extent ol offering prayers separately without disturbing or creating anv larv and ord.er problem Further, it rs made clear that since the implead petitioner/ respondent No 6 has already been grantccl pcrmission he shali co-operate in allowing the petitioncr to offer the claily prayers lt is also made clear that if there is an1' deviation in the imptementation of the directions of this Court rvhile conducting events at Dargah Hazrath Syed Ahmed Mohiuddin Jeelani AI Maroof Syed Noori Shah Chisthi Qadri (RA) Noori Maskan, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad on 04'O9'2025 from 05:OO PM to 10:00 PM - Rouz-e-Nooria, on 04 09 '2025 from O3:00 PM to 06:00 PM - Khankha-e-Nooria ald on O'5 09 2025 from 06:OO AM to OB:00 AM - from Khankhah-e-Nooria to Mas;id- e-Nooti, b1, either of the parties, respondent Nos 4 and 5 are directed to take appropriate action strictly in accordance rvith 1aw.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have also made an application for the purpose of the same event to The Inspector of Police, Bandlaguda police Station, Hyderabad, by marking a copy to The Prinicipal Secretary (Home), Government of Telangana, Secretariat, Hyderabad, The Commissioner of police, Hyderabad, T.S.. The Deputy Commissioner of police, South East Zone, Hyderabad, T.S., The Assistant Commissioner of police, Chandrayangutta Division, Hyderabad, T.S. on ro.og.2o25 and referrcd to the order passed by the Telangana State Waqf Tribunal at Hydcrabad in I'A No.841 of 2022 in o.S.No.76 of 2022 in which the 1earned tribunal inclined to allow the petitioner No.3/writ petitioner herein and respondent No.6 herein/respondent therein, to continue with thelr indivrdual daily prayers and performing rituals separately without interfering with each other, in doing so, while keeping the peace, tranquility and decorum of the subject institution, un-disturbed tilr the disposal of the main suit.

5. Learned Government pleader appearing for Home submits that since permission is oniy granted to the respondent No.6 and the matter is pending before the learned tribunal, if permission is given to both the parties, there would be a problem of law and order. 4 \- .!. -

Considering the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that permission was only granted to respondent No.6 and if the perrnission is given to both the parties to perform prayers and rituals separately, it would be difhcult to maintain izrw and orcler, therefore, this Court is oi the considered view that since the permission is given to the respondent No'6 and the writ petitioner vide order dated 02.11.2022 passed by the Telangana State Waqf Tribunal at Hyderabad in I.A No 84l of 2022 in O S No 76 of 2022, petitioner is also permitted to offer prayers as per the above said order ancl the petitioner shall also confine only to the extent of offering prayers separately without disturbing or creating any 1aw and order problem. F urther, it is made clear that since the respondent No.6 has already been granted permission he shall co-operate in allowing the petitioner to ofler the daily prayers lt is also made ciear that if there is any deviation in the impiementation of the directions of this Court while conducting events at Dargah Haztatin Syed Ahmed Mohiuddin Jeelanr AI Maroof syed Noori Shah chisthi Qadri (RA) Noori Maskan, Bardlaguda, Hyderabad from 02 'lO '2025 to 07 .7O.2025 from 06:0O hours to 2200 hours, by either of the parties, respondentNos.4and5aredirectedtotakeappropriateactionstrictly in accordance with 1aw. 5 7 Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
