The Court made the following ORDER: “ The main controversy in this appeal is as to whether the Arbitral Tribunal consisting of Respondents 2 to 4 have signed the original copy of the award dated. 24-1-2003 and thereafter communicated the copy of the said award on a stamped paper which was purchased obviously on 28-1-2003, to the parties. Hence it is imperative for this Court to verify as to whether the copy of the award communicated to the parties on a stamped paper dated. 28- 1-2003 is the award passed on 24-1-2003, as that of the original copy of the award with the Arbitrator. Hence 2nd respondent who is the presiding Arbitrator is directed to produce the original copy of the award signed on 24-1-2003 by the Arbitrators on the Contract Agreement No. S&T/BZA/KCC/RR1/1/92 dated. 2-4-1993, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by person. Registry is directed to dispatch the order to the 2nd respondent ie., “Shri I.A.Khan, Presiding Arbitrator, Chief Electrical Services Engineer, South Central Railway, 7th Floor, Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad” forthwith by Special Messenger.
