These Contempt Cases are filed alleging that the respondents have not complied with the common order dated 14.02.202s passed in W.P.Nos.16987, 16991 , 20494, 20588, 20629, 22A29, 23035 of 2019; 21017 and 23941 ot 2O2O; 2461, 3892, 22608, 24037 and 25244 ot 2021. 2- when the matter is taken up for hearing, rearned senior counsel-cum- Government Pleader- Mr. G.Vidyasagar, appearing for the respondents, vehemently opposed the contempt cases contending that the Contempt Cases are not maintainable as the petitioners have only filed Aadhar card, secondary school Certificates and Transfer Certificate and they have not filed the Experience certificate, which is required for consideration.

Adverting to the submission made by the learned senior counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that candidates without experience were atso considered and that the petitioners would file the relevant documents and the respohdent-authority may be directed to reconsider the candidature of the petitioners.
