This Criminal petition is filed under Sectior 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedingl; against the petitroners/accused Nos.1 to 4 in crime No.414 of 1 o24, on the fire of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, Medchal-lr,l rlkajgiri District registered for the offence punishable under sectior* 354(c), 509 of lPC, Section 67 of tTA-2000-2008.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the pe:i ioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 as well as respondent No.2 that during p:ndency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compron sed the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2O2S have teen filed by respondent No.2/defacto complainant seeking rermission to compound the offences, to record compromise anc to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in the above crim -.

The learned Additional public prosecutor has opposed the compromise petition and further has submitted a rep< rted furnished by the SHo, stating that the defacto comprainant has r rirfuily entered into compromise with the petitioners and that in t re meantime, vJ\ -t""I \ 2 EfD) t a.Not.3 &4 of 2025 n/ond Otq.No 12335 o12025 - charge sheet is filed before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, at Medchal and C.C. number is awaited

Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vrde orders daled 22.09.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 06.10.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromrse

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2025 are allowed.
