4. karned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was \{rorking as School Assistant/ in-charge Head Master (FAC), Zitla Parishad High School for Girls, Madhira, Khammam, an ACB case uide Crime No.O2 / RCT-KMM/ 2023 was registered against her, lor the olfencc punishable under Sections 7(a) and 7(b) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, and a charge sheet was 2 filed therein, which was numbered as C.C.No.23 ot 1,025 on rhe file of the Special Court for SpE and ACB Cass-cu r r-lll Additional District and Sessions Judge, Warangal.
