WRIT PETITION NO :24967of 2007
ORDER:
Operative part
In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to receive and register I.D.SR. No.1249 of 2006 and process the same in accordance with law. The petitioner, questing the order of dismissal dated 16-6-1999 passed by the first respondent, raised an Industrial Dispute under Section 2(OO) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 before the third respondent. But, however, the same was returned to the petitioner for compliance of certain objections. Ultimately, the bundle in the said Industrial Dispute was returned to the petitioner on 7-2-2007 for compliance of objections. It is the case of the petitioner that though petitioner is prepared to comply the objections, but, however, the same are not being considered by the Presiding Officer. It is not in dispute that finally, the bundle in Industrial Dispute was returned to the petitioner to comply objections. In that view of the matter, I dispose of the Writ Petition permitting the petitioner to comply the objections and resubmit the same within a period of two weeks from today. On such resubmission, the Presiding Officer, third respondent herein shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits. Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No order as to costs. ---------------------------------- JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY DATE: 10-12-2007 CC in two days. (BO) Msnr.
