The petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of the land admeasuring Ac.Ac.0.20 guntas in Sy.No.33/AAll/2, Ac.1.30 guntas in Sy.No.33/AAtA/tlt and Ac.l.00 guntas in Sy.No.33/E situared at Alwal Vitlage, Peddamandadi Mandal, Wanaparthy District (for short, 'the subject property'), on the strength of registered sale deeds bearing document Nos.2646 of 1984, dated 06.11.1984 and 552 of 1986 dated 2 t.02.1986. '[hey have purchased the said. property from the lather ol the 5'h respondent and 51h respondent filed a suit vide O.S.No.l90 of 2022 against the petitioners herein and others seeking partition and separate possession of the subject property. There is standing crop of paddy in the subject property. The petitioners submitted representation dated 16.06.2025 to the 2nd respondent to continue Rythu Bandhu to them in respect of the subject property. 4th respondent also submitted report to the 2nd respondent. Even then, 2nd l ,.| \Gl \l respondent is not extending the same on the ground .,1- pendency of the aforesaid suit and subsistence of the interim orde 'fhe object of the Rythu Bandhu scheme is to extend benefit to t'e persons who cultivates the propcrtl' and to meet the expenditu t: for the said cultivation. 2"d respondent has to extend the same to tlr. petitioners as they are cultivating thc subject property. Therefore, 'r,ly are entitled for Rythu Bandu benefit during pendency ofthe suit.
